MIXED GREENS CAPRESE SALAD
- -1 container of mixed greens or spring mix
- -8 marinated cherry tomato size mozzarella balls, cut in half
- -20 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- -1/4 red onion, sliced thinly
- -fig balsamic vinegar
- Using individual salad plates, place enough mixed greens to cover plate. Top each salad with mozzarella, tomatoes, and onions. Drizzle fig balsamic over each salad; serve.
