ORANGE CHIPOTLE 'MAYO'
One of my favorite dinners in the Summer/Spring is Grilled Salmon because it is easy, healthy, and delicious. The only problem is that it can get boring sometimes. This sauce has so much flavor between the Greek yogurt, Chipotle Chilies, and Orange but does not overpower the delicate fish. It’s so easy to make with only 3 ingredients, making it great sauce for a weeknight meal, or a perfect compliment to an impressive date night dinner. I typically use it on Grilled Salmon, but it would also be delicious on Steam Artichokes, Grilled Salmon, or other types of fish. I hope you enjoy!

- 3 tablespoons chipotle chiles in adobo sauce, seeds removed and chopped
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
